Shipments and returns
You can collect the sofa yourself from our Warehouse between the hours of :
Monday to Saturday : 09.30 - 17:30
Sunday :11:00 - 16:00
However, if you require a delivery then it can be arranged with in 5 - 10 working days of purchase excluding Scotland and Ireland.
The delivery charge is £60.00 with in 150 miles of our warehouse b111bg
Anything over 150 miles please ring us for delivery cost.
We will give you 1 - 2 days advance notice by phone so please provide us with your best contact numbers.
We use our two professional team members who are only insured to deliver the sofa to your door step. However, the delivery staff will happily place the items into a room of your choice on the ground floor only.
Important Notice:
If you require delivery upstairs the drivers will charge an additional £20.00 this is a discretionary fee between you the customer and the drivers. This fee does not relate to the company.
Please note we are not liable for any damages to property or furniture while entering your property.
PLEASE NOTE THE DELIVERY CHARGE COVERS OUR DELIVERY/COLLECTION EXPENSES SO IF THE ITEMS ARE RETURNED OR DO NOT FIT THEN UNFORTUNATELY THE DELIVERY CHARGE CANNOT BE REFUNDED.
There is 7 day cooling of period. So if u decide to return sofa for any reason all you pay is a return delivery cost, which is same as an original of delivery you pay
